STANDARD-KNAPP MODEL 929 SERVO-DRIVEN CASE FEED
This Machine will require:
One (1) Standard Knapp Indexing, Two Axis, Servo-driven Model 929 Case Feed equipped with the following features:
- Using “Soft-Catch” °M Technology. Stainless steel construction.
- Allen Bradley CompactLogix System with integrated motion control Allen Bradley Kinetix Servo Controllers and Motors.
- New electrical panel.
- One (1) Panelview 1000 Color Operator Touch Screen to be mounted to packer.
- “NO TOOLS” changeover including indicators with scales and pointers at adjustment points for repeatable changeovers.
- Indexing, Two Axis, Servo Case Feed featuring speed capability of up to 40 cases per minute depending on product and conditions, and changeover without tools, in three minutes.
- Inline, reverse, and counterflow case feed configuration. Powerflex 525 Drives for case infeed.
- Additional guarding in the case feed area. Air conditioner in main panel.
- Based on a 24-Volt System.
- Flap opener and flap guides on the table and light curtains to guard them.
