Description
ZIPS Line Description / Capabilities:
- Machine was designed to fill a unique 187ml drinking glass PET container at a rate up to 200 units per minute.
- Max speed is 10 RPM, so 320 BPM is top end for simple containers and low foaming product.
- Can run 30bpm/head the top rate of the capper would be 480bpm
- This is a 16hd machine. So you are typically looking at between 30-40bpm per head depending on the desired application. However speeds may also be limited by the filler/type of product and viscosity.
